With more than 20 years’ experience as a process engineer, Hayley has extensive experience in detailed design, procurement, feasibility studies, commissioning and operations of minerals processing facilities, including coal processing plants.
She has held site-based roles in Australia, Africa and USA.

- Equipment tender development, evaluation and selection

- Control philosophy and functional specification development
- Operation support and process auditing
- Metallurgical and water treatment testwork development, management and interpretation
- Development of financial models and using them as a tool for project optimisation
