Diana brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, strategic management, project engineering, and environmental and community engagement in the energy, mining, industrial and sanitation sectors.
She holds two degrees in environmental and industrial civil engineering from Federico Santa María Technical University. She takes a sustainable vision that balances environmental, social, and economic aspects, strategically integrating project engineering and permitting to accelerate project timelines and increase certainty of investment approvals for project execution.
Throughout her career, Diana has worked for companies such as Engie, Aes Andes, Aguas Andinas, Suez, and Agbar (now Veolia), demonstrating her ability to integrate multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and promote sustainable and innovative solutions.
Since 2023, she is an ambassador for the 5 generations Women in Energy World Energy Council. She is also a founding member of ACADES (Chilean Association of Desalination and Reuse A.G.), an organization that addresses the challenges of developing unconventional water sources in Chile.
